Ms. Yeliv “Jill” Adams is an experienced entrepreneur, business broker and international franchise consultant. Originally from Peru, Ms. Adams brings over 18 years of experience in the hospitality, retail and marketing industries and is the Founder and CEO of Franchise Connectors, a business brokerage and franchise consulting firm that operates several subsidiaries covering the full range of franchising and business development (including Business Resale, Lead Generation, Franchise Development and Franchise Sales). Ms. Yeliv began her business journey at a young age managing her family’s stores and restaurants, in her late teens she started her own clothing store and travel agency, and built a successful career in sales for a large hotel chain in Peru before moving to the United States.

During her time as a B2B sales consultant for over 12 years, she has grown to love franchising. An entrepreneur at heart, she also runs a recruiting and real estate business on the side during this time. She has played a key role in the success of the Liberty Tax Service and SiempreTax+ franchise systems – the latter of which targets the Hispanic market and grew from 0 to over 100 units in its first year. Yeliv is a former Hampton Roads, VA franchise rights holder for the world’s largest business exchange network. Yeliv has worn many hats in the franchise industry and loves connecting with entrepreneurs and connecting them to the next phase of their business (buying, selling, or expanding through franchising). She strives to empower others to take control of their future, never settle for less, and achieve exactly what they want for themselves in life and business.
